Please do not sit at the courtyard tables if you have ordered a takeaway. There are other tables available around the Strelley Hall grounds.



Our converted horsebox will be available for takeaway drinks, sandwiches and ice creams on a Saturday 10am - 2.30pm . It is located under the beech tree next to the Stables courtyard.

Our food is all freshly made on the premises. In addition to the savoury options below, we offer homemade cakes and an extensive variety of hot and cold drinks. Download our Summer 2021 menu below.

Cakes and Treats (served all day)

  • Thick-cut toast with butter and a choice of jam, marmalade or marmite
  • Freshly baked scone with a choice of butter, jam, Cornish clotted cream
  • Cheese scone with butter, or cream cheese and chutney
  • Toasted teacake with butter
  • Cakes - we bake all our own cakes in the Mulberry Tree Bakery on site.  
  • Bluebell dairy ice cream - choice of at least 6 flavours
  • Gluten-free and vegan options are available, please ask or call ahead to pre-order

Breakfast (served 9.30am to 11.30am)

  • Thick-cut toast with butter and a choice of jam, marmalade or marmite
  • Good old fashioned bacon or sausage or veggie sausage sandwich
  • Scrambled or poached eggs on toast, option with smoked salmon
  • Toasted freshly-baked English muffin with butter and jam/marmalade
  • Full breakfasts - regular or veggie

Lunches (served from 12 noon to 3.00pm)

  • Homemade soup with chunky bread
  • Mulberry Tree quiches - a generous slice of our delicious quiches, which are homemade and use fresh cream and free range eggs, served with either a small or large salad 
  • Chicken goujon or fish goujon sandwiches served with chips
  • Oven baked filled jacket potato with side salad
  • Grilled paninis with various fillings, sandwiches, including vegan options.
  • Gluten free bread available for sandwiches
  • Children's menu

Afternoon Tea

We are serving our new-style Deluxe Afternoon Teas in the beautiful Georgian function rooms at Strelley Hall main building, on selected Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. Bookings taken between 12.30 and 2.30pm.

Our new-style Deluxe Afternoon Tea comprises of a flute of refreshing elderflower presse to start, 6 dainty quarter sandwiches with assorted fillings, mini quiche tartlet, 4 pieces of delicious homemade cakes and petit fours, homemade scone with clotted cream and jam, plus hot drink with refill. £20 per person

You can upgrade to Prosecco instead of the elderflower presse for £24.
